What type of hair do you sell?
We sell 100% Raw and Virgin Human Hair sourced from Vietnam, Cambodia, Brazil, and Burma. Our hair is tangle-free, unprocessed, and long-lasting, with textures including straight, body wave, loose wave, curly, ocean wave, kinky straight, and kinky curly.
How long does your hair last?
With proper care, our Raw Hair lasts 3+ years and our Virgin Hair lasts 1-2 years. The longevity depends on how well the hair is maintained, including proper washing, conditioning, and heat protection.
Can I dye or bleach the hair?
Yes! Our hair is 100% human hair, meaning you can dye, bleach, and style it just like your natural hair. For Raw Hair, we recommend professional coloring to maintain quality.
What is the difference between Raw and Virgin Hair?
Raw Hair is completely unprocessed, cuticle-aligned, and from single donors, making it the highest quality. Virgin Hair is also 100% human hair may be steam-processed for texture consistency.
Ordering & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Klarna (Buy Now, Pay Later).
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Orders can be canceled or modified within 24 hours. After 24 hours, we begin processing and cannot make changes.
Do you offer wholesale pricing?
Yes! We offer wholesale pricing for bulk orders. Contact us at support@herexoticextensions.com for wholesale inquiries.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed in 2-4 business days, with standard shipping (3-7 days) and express shipping (1-3 days) options available. International shipping takes 5-10 days.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide. Please note that international customers are responsible for customs duties and taxes.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Allow 24-48 or tracking updates.
What if my package is lost or stolen?
Once an order is marked delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance at checkout.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns for store credit only, within 7 days of delivery. Hair must be unused, in original packaging, and unaltered.
Can I return or exchange a used bundle?
No, due to hygiene and quality assurance, we cannot accept returns on used or installed hair.
What if I receive the wrong order?
If we made a mistake, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will correct the issue at no extra charge.
Hair Care & Maintenance
How do I maintain my bundles?
We recommend washing hair weekly with sulfate-free shampoo, deep conditioning, and using heat protectant when styling. Store hair in a silk or satin bag when not in use.
Can I swim or work out with the hair installed?
Yes! However, we recommend wearing a swim cap and deep conditioning after exposure to chlorine or salt water.
How do I prevent shedding and tangling?
Proper care includes gentle detangling with a wide-tooth comb, avoiding excessive heat, and sealing wefts before installation.

Can I request a specific texture or length not listed?
