Return & Exchange Policy

Effective Date: 03/13/2025At Exotic Extensions (DBA of Shyft Industries, LLC), we are committed to providing high-quality hair products and exceptional customer service.

We understand that sometimes returns or exchanges may be necessary, and we strive to maintain a fair policy that protects both our customers and our business.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging intact.
The hair must not be altered, meaning it must not be washed, installed, cut, colored, or have any product applied.
The return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Items purchased during a sale or with a discount code are final sale and not eligible for return.
Custom orders, wigs, and clearance items are non-refundable.


2. Non-Returnable Items For hygiene and quality assurance reasons,
the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:


❌ Opened or used hair bundles, closures, frontals, wigs
❌ Custom-made products or special orders
❌ Accessories, styling products, or hair care items
❌ Items damaged due to improper handling or installation

3. Return & Exchange Process
To initiate a return or exchange, follow these steps:
1️⃣ Submit a Request: Email us at support@herexoticinches.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos of the item (if applicable).
2️⃣ Approval & Instructions: If eligible, we will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.
3️⃣ Ship the Item Back: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.
4️⃣ Inspection & Processing: Once received, we will inspect the item. If approved, we will process your exchange or issue a store credit within 5-7 business days.

4. Refunds & Store Credit
✔ Store Credit: Approved returns are eligible for store credit only (no cash refunds). This credit can be used on future purchases.
✔ Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item for a different length or texture, you may do so if stock is available. Any price differences must be covered by the customer.
✔ Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping cost and send a replacement at no extra charge.

5. Cancellations & Order Adjustments
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
After 24 hours, cancellations are not allowed as processing begins immediately. If you need to adjust your order (change length, texture, etc.), please contact us within 24 hours at support@herexoticinches.com

6. Additional Terms We reserve the right to deny any return that does not meet our policy requirements.
✔ We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.
✔ If a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for reshipping fees.
