At Exotic Extensions (DBA of Shyft Industries, LLC), we are dedicated to delivering your orders promptly and securely. Please review our shipping policy to understand our processing times, shipping options, and delivery guidelines.
1. Order Processing Times
Standard Processing: Orders are processed within 2-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Custom Orders & Wigs: Processing may take 5-7 business days due to additional customization requirements.
Rush Processing: Available for an additional fee (contact us before ordering for expedited options).
Order Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options:

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes, which are the buyer’s responsibility.
Delays due to carrier issues, weather, or customs are beyond our control.
3. Tracking & Order Updates
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.
If you have not received your tracking details, check your spam/junk folder or contact us at [support@herexoticinches.com].
4. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once marked as delivered.
If your package is missing, please check with your local carrier before reaching out to us.
We recommend purchasing shipping insurance to protect your order against loss or damage.
If your order is returned due to an incorrect shipping address, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.
5. Local Delivery & In-Person Pickup (If Available)
✔ We offer hand-delivery services for select local customers (within 15 miles Shreveport, La & Houston, Tx. areas ).
✔ Local deliveries are completed within 24-48 hours after processing.
✔ Pickup orders must be collected within 48 hours of notification.
✔ A valid photo ID and order confirmation are required for pickup.
6. Shipping Address & Policy Agreement
✔ Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing an order.
✔ We do not reroute shipments once they have been dispatched.
✔ By placing an order with Exotic Extensions, you agree to this Shipping Policy and understand that shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.
